Design of NOC engineering projects like retail stations, consumer sites, depots and other projects based on NOC standards and international practices
Preparation of bill of quantities and specifications
Preparation of Tender documents, analysis of tenders and preparation of tender reports
Preparation of contract documents
Supervision of constructions and administration of construction contracts
Certifications of payments
Implementation of project management disciplines to ensure successful completion of projects within time, cost and budget
Prepare project cost estimates
Coordinate different project activities to ensure smooth project progress
Deliver project progress reports
Conduct project close outs & asset certifications
Conduct post implementation reviews
Contractor safety management
Maintain adherence to all applicable HSE standards by all relevant stakeholders
Initiate and implement timely procurement of project goods
Assumes other duties as assigned by the Engineering manager

Educational Background

Bachelors degree in the field of Civil Engineering from a recognized University
Advanced degree in a related field is an advantageous
Certification in project management, contract administration is advantageous

Experience

Minimum of 10 years or above adequate experience in construction or project management out of which at least 4 years should be in managerial or supervisory position.

Skills Required

Good communication skills
A very good team player. Ability to partner and work with a team
Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Good command of English language
Should be conversant with Engineering software like Autocad

Additional Requirement

Applicants age should not exceed 35 years
Expected to travel regularly to upcountry locations all over Ethiopia
Should posses at least 2^nd grade driving license and should have ability of driving to remote locations
