Position: secretary to Board of Directors

Job Summary:

Under general supervision of chairman of Board of Directors, prepares agenda in consultation with the chairman of Board of Directors and the chief executive Officer, takes minutes of BoDs’ and Board subcommittees’ meetings; plans and implements work of BoDs in consultation with chairman, follow –ups implementation of decisions of BoDs and subcommittees, presents briefings to BoDs and appropriate Board subcommittees on implementation of assignments given to the Bank senior management, prepares periodical reports of performance of BoDs and board subcommittees.

Qualification and Experience:

Education:

BA in Management, Economics, law, political science, literature (Amharic /English) Journalism or other related studies

Experience: Seven years of experience, preferably in financial institutions.

Knowledge and skills in:

Communication;
Customer Relation;
Basic computer literacy;
Documentation and
Reporting
