1	የከባድ መኪና ሹፌር	በቀድሞው 12ኛ ወይም በአዲሱ የት/ት ፖሊሲ 10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ 5ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው ቢያንስ አምስት አመት ከባድ ተሽከርካሪ የማሽከርከር የስራ ልምድ ያለው በፈጣን የምርት ገበያ እንቅስቃሴ ባለበት ኢንዱስትሪ ውስጥ የስራ ልምድ ላላቸው ቅድምያ ይሰጣል	Country wide
