The Retail Territory Manager is responsible for the management of Field Sales activities of NOC service stations and Lubricants Distributors. The Territory Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of sales programs within the specified Geographic Area. He/She also implements marketing initiatives within sales Channels in the assigned Area.

Accountabilities for the position include the following

Develop and implement particular marketing strategies customized to existing customer profile within the assigned Geographic Area to attain the sales objective
Develop and realize prospect potential Lubricant selling outlets and consumers
Initiate & schedule regular training to Lubricant customers
Ensure that HSE and other company policies are adhered at service stations and Lube selling outlets

Educational Qualification

BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering, BA Degree in Business Management /Marketing or related fields

Work experience:

Sales experience in petroleum products or beverage industry, automotive or manufacturing industry with a minimum sales experience of 2 years

Skills Required

Outstanding interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to intract efficiently with internal and External customers
Ability to work in a team and under strict deadlines and pressure
Self driven, able to work independently to deliver results
Excellent command of English language
Ability to operate Microsoft applications

Additional requirement

2^nd Grade driving license is mandatory
