Position:-construction supervisors
Number Required:-one (1)
Qualification:-Advanced diploma in Building Engineering
Work experience:-Minimum of 2 years & above experience in the coordination and supervision of construction works
Duty station:-Abuna Gindeberet integraed Rural Development project (AGBIRDP), Weste shoa Zone
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimations for all construction activities before the start of their construction and compares these costs with the as built construction costs (for water works only)
- Prepares bill of quantities
- Supervises school constructions, hand dug wells, spring development etc…
- Certifies contract payment
- Prepares take off sheets
Language:-A good command of spoken and written English
Salary:-Negotiable
Terms of Employment:-Yearly renewable contract
