Major duties and responsibilities

1. Working as technical special ist to joins of tware project implementation ‘under PM management.
2. Handle customer technical requests, including hardware/softwarefaults, and provide prompt response with efficient solution.
3. Design system tuning plan, such as upgrade or update, perform ,system operation independently during the operation window
4. Take the responsibilities for customer satisfaction and network stability.

Required skill and Qualification

- Major in IT
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years work experience relevant to telecommunication, or IT Project implementation or maintenance.
- Familiar with UNIX/LINUXC OS, familiar with oracle Database, knowing Network design and configuration, experience on IMB/Blade center. Preferred.
- Excellent English language , both spoken and written
- Telecommunication basic knowledge
- Project management or project implementation
- Customer service and satisfaction
- Its better if have team management experience, such as team leader/RPMPM/Director or manager
