Huawei Technologies Ethiopia engaged in the entire network construction of ethip-telecom including GSM, CDMA,Fixed Network, in order to provide better services to Ethiopia Telecom and contribute more to the success of GTP 2.

Therefore we would like to invite qualified and competent applicant to work with us on the following position.

      Major duties and possibilities

1. Technical support engineer for access provides technical service and support to new and existing customer access networks, and troubleshoots and resolves problems in order to stabilize and optimize access networks, Configures and integrates solution sinnew and live customer networks.
2. All activities should be in accordance to customer contract. Your work scope will require a broad knowledge within telecom, access, covering hardware, software and net work knowledge, expected to work, cooperate and communicate in an international environment, both with college agues internally swell as customers you should be available to work independently, and also have a good team spirit.

• Technical support, perform product validation, integration and commissioning
• Provide training for customers, subcontractors of service partners.
• Prepare technical documentation to support the activities above.
• Technical problem management.

Required skill and Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science , telecommunication or electronic engineering
• Preferred 1 years work experiences  or above in access related areas
• Good communication skil.ls
• Fluent English speaking
• Strong  team work spirit, business minded, communication skill and customer oriented mind
• Initiative and positive personal personality\\
• Technical skills:
• \Good technology knowledge and operating experience in following solution areas: Broadband network, IP Core network, Metro Ethernet, IPTV, Mobile Backhaus, Network Security.
• Familiar with access network equipment (DSLAM, OLT, LAN Switch, Router). Good knowledge in the fields of XDSL/FTTX/GPON/ODN/OSS/TCP-IP is preferred. CCNA, CCNP Certification is preferred.
