Noah Real Estate is delighted to open soon best Western Addis in Bole medhiane Alem area and looking for dynamic leaders who aspire to make a difference in the Ethiopian hospitality for the following department head positions;

1. Sales and Marketing director

Responsible for leading and directing the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives in the hotel’s continuing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Minimum Requirement

B.A Degree in Marketing, Business management or any Business field related with the responsibilities mentioned above
Work Experience

- Previous relevant experience in a sales & marketing managerial position

- A minimum of 5 years work experience in four star or five hotels

- Driving license required

Additional requirement:

- Knowledge of public Relations, customer service and sales in any service sector will be considered as an advantage
