The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) is established on the eve of Ethio-ltalian war, on July 8, 1935 and signed the Geneva convention on July 25 of the same year and became 48^th member of league of Red cross /red crescent societies on 25, September 1935. Since then the society have engaged on providing Humanitarian services & community based development initiatives.

Currently the ERCS has structure consisting of 11 regional offices, 32 zonal Branches and 112 district/Woreda Branches and 3673 grass root committees /kebele red cross

Job Title : Accountant

Qualification Requirements: Fist degree in Accounting /Accounting & finance/ finance and 2 years related work experience or college /TVET diploma in Accounting/ Accounting & Finance and 6 years related work experience

Other skills & abilities required: Training in accounting software application

Work unit/ project/ program: Essential Drugs programme, pharmacy No. 1 and 3

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Terms of employment : Permanent after probationary period

Salary: birr 5130.00
