1	Team Leader Resource Mobilization	MA/MSc/MBA, In Economics, Marketing, Business Administration and related studies	7 years of which must have a minimum four (4) years experience after Master degree, shall posses with extensive practical experience in the Business sector with 4 of the years spent in senior level management or managerial position;	Previous extensive experience in Resource Mobilization is a requirement	Head office, Addis Ababa	As per FGAE salary scale
